At cheforaa.store, we want you to be happy with your kitchen essentials. If you are not satisfied, here is our simple policy:

• Return Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

• Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

• Damaged/Wrong Items: If you receive a broken or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with photos/videos for a free replacement.

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash within 3–5 working days.

• Shipping: We cover shipping for damaged goods. For "change of mind" returns, shipping costs are paid by the customer.
